WEICON A has a DNV certificate and is particularly suitable for repair and maintenance work in the maritime industry. The epoxy resin system is highly filled with steel pigments, magnetic and its pasty texture allows application even on vertical surfaces. It can be used to remove corrosion damage and pitting or to repair holes and blowholes. For example, it can be used to reproduce heavy steel components showing severe damage by corrosion and pitting. In this case, WEICON A provides a real alternative to welding, as the application of the epoxy resin does not cause thermal distortion as in welding. The 2-component system can be used for repairs on tanks and pipes as well as for repairing cracks in engine or pump housings and machine parts. It is ideal for use in sewer systems where pipes and pipelines are exposed to strong media influences. Other applications include the manufacture of models, moulds, tools and clamping devices. WEICON W 44 T® is a multifunctional product which combines corrosion protection, water repellency, lubrication, conservation and cleaning in a single product due to its special formula and outstanding capillary action. It loosens seized up screw connections, bolts, fittings and valves, and penetrates and dissolves rust. It repels humidity from electrical contacts, prevents leakage currents, and makes it easier to start wet motors. W 44 T® is also suitable for use as cutting oil for drilling and cutting processes. The oil eliminates squeaky and creaky noises on hinges, guides, bearings, and all types of joints and couplings. WEICON W 44 T® cleans soiled metal surfaces and leaves a long-lasting razorthin film, which does not smear or stick and does not attract dust. It protects and maintains all types of tools, machines, and electrical and mechanical precision devices.

The automatic wire stripper can be used for stripping all common stranded and solid conductors from 0.2 to 16 mm². An adjustable length stop from 5 to 25 mm enables very precise and accurate working. The length stop can be removed, if required. The wire stripper automatically to adjusts to the required conductor cross-section – so no manual adjustment is necessary. The stripping tool features an integrated side cutter, which is suitable for conductors made of copper and aluminium up to a diameter of three millimetres. Thanks to slim design of the tool, the stripper can also be used in working areas that are difficult to access, such as in switch cabinets. The mechanics of the stripping tool are very smooth-running and have proven to be durable and reliable in numerous tests. The wire stripper has a non-slip multi-component handle in the blue-red "Ice Crack" design. The structural acrylic adhesive WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7100 can be used to bond numerous materials, such as plastics, metals and ceramics with high tensile, shear and peel strength. It is particularly suitable for structural bondings where high strength connections are required. It is highly viscous and is therefore suitable for processing on vertical surfaces.
